TelIgnite LLC ("TelIgnite", "we", "us") operates telignite.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum, we never sell your personal information, and we use it only for the purposes described below.
Information We Collect
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and message, plus any optional details you include (company name, phone number, service of interest, and estimated budget). If you book a consultation, we also receive your name, email address, and the appointment details you provide through Google Calendar.
Like most websites, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical data — such as IP address and request time — which we use only for security purposes like preventing spam and abuse. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
This website does not require accounts and does not set tracking or advertising cookies. It may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage for basic functionality, such as remembering your language preference.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your request.
- To prepare quotes and deliver the services you ask us for.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
When We May Disclose Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Service Providers
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider. If you book an appointment, scheduling is handled by Google Calendar and subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also runs the security check (Turnstile) on the contact form. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend.
Data Retention
We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and conduct business with you. Inquiries that do not lead to an ongoing business relationship are deleted within 24 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@telignite.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a revised effective date.
Language
This policy is published in English and Spanish. In case of any discrepancy, the English version controls.
